I have often wondered at the sense in naming your restaurant “Uma” – literally meaning “one” or “a” in Portuguese. To me, the full name Uma Marisqueira (Marisqueira meaning “Seafood restaurant”) portrays this place to be commonplace, average even, just “a” Marisqueira. This, however, is false advertising because it is not just a seafood restaurant.
